Delete your account

You can delete your Exercise With Me account in the app or on this page.

In the app

Go to your Profile and tap Delete account. Then follow the steps.

What happens when you delete your account

• We delete your account 30 days after you ask. Until then your account is hidden, and you can cancel by logging in again.
• Then we delete your profile, photos, posts and comments. In chats you show as your first name and initial with "left EWM".
• Activities and events you host are cancelled now. People who paid get a full refund.
• Tickets you bought are not refunded.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a plan you bought in the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it there first.
• Payment records stay, without your personal data. We keep a limited safety record for 12 months after you delete your account, to handle reports and legal requests.

Type the email of your account. We send you a 6-digit code. Then you confirm with the code.
